Visionary Business Strategist
“I used to try and manage it all.. and none of it worked the way it could’ve. Once I stopped doing what I wasn’t built for and leaned into the vision, everything changed.”
I don’t manage operations. I don’t play politics.
I architect the vision.
I specialize in reverse-engineering business models, stripping away complexity, and identifying strategic leverage points to create systems that scale. I don’t pitch random ideas—I design clarity and structure that founders and teams can actually build with.
My strength is seeing what others don’t: how something should work, what matters, and what doesn’t.
I’m looking to do what I do best: shape the vision.
I want to plug into something that’s already moving—whether that’s a studio, a portfolio company, a funded startup, or a founder with something real—and help map the model, define the strategy, and design a business that can flourish.
Whether it’s a full-time role with a team who gets it, or a serious partner who’s got the infrastructure and funding to build together—I’m ready.
I've owned and operated many businesses; flipping houses, property management, and roofing. Took the calls, handled the jobs, pushed the sales, did the work.
And none of it took off the way it could have.
Why? Because I was the one trying to run it all. I wasn’t bad at it—but I wasn’t built for that side of the business. I didn’t have the right people around me, and I was trying to force myself to do roles I never excelled at.
That’s what led me here.
Because through all of it, the one thing I was always great at—the one thing I loved—was the vision. The model. The strategy. Seeing how it could work if it were built right. That’s where I’m dangerous. That’s where I thrive and it’s what I’m passionate about.
So I stopped pretending to be the operator. I leaned into what I actually do best—and started creating businesses like PumpedUp and HomeSource USA. That’s the shift. And that’s all that I want to do now.
This isn’t just a showcase.
